At the “Museu de la Garrova” we take a tour of the entire Ca s’Hereu estate and show you the curiosities of carob trees. A space among nature where we are going to show you a large part of the local varieties and do a tasting of all our products:

1. Introduction and origin of carob.
2. Storytelling of the Es Garrover project in Mallorca and its Johannis product line.
3. Native varieties of carob and outside visit to the pilot project.
4. Berenar with carob products.
