About Us

For three generations, in the family company Productos Martín we have dedicated ourselves exclusively to the world of carob. If something characterizes us, it is our passion for this product, and for the Majorcan landscape; starting with our peasants, who are the engine of our agricultural landscape, and ending with our clients, to whom we can offer a local product of high quality, and respectful of the environment. Thanks to its potential, we created Es Garrover de Mallorca to promote the production of products where the carob is the protagonist.

Later we created our own range of products and the Johannis brand was born, the first company to market exclusive products made with our organic carob. It was born with the intention of giving value to a high-quality, local and ecological product, with multiple nutritional benefits and totally respectful of the environment (Km. 0).
