VEGAN COCA WITH CAROB AND ESPINACH

Ingredients

  • 500g of spelt flour
  • 100 g of carob flour
  • 320ml of water
  • 10g of salt
  • 5 g of baking powder
  • 30g of olive oil
  • 50g of sourdough

Elaboration

Knead all these ingredients for 20min and let rest for about 2 hours. Pull out the dough and let rest about 15 min. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 8 – 10 min.
