Caroline Fabian presented us her new recipe book entitled Mallorca Das Kochbuch, aimed at German people.

The book contains more than 70 Mediterranean-style recipes, with local products, as well as 17 reports on local producers, both traditional and innovative, and small businesses and entrepreneurs.
