MAJORCAN GATÓ ALMOND CAKE
Ingredients
- 250g of fresh Mallorcan almonds
- 250g of sugar
- 8 eggs
- 250g of our carob powder
Elaboration
Separate the yolks from the egg whites, whisk until stiff. Mix the egg yolks, add: sugar, flour, almonds and beat altogether. Finally grease a cake tin and bake at 150 ° C for about one hour.
