Cancellation and return
If a product has arrived damaged
We recommend checking the order at the time of delivery by the transport agency, and leaving a record on the delivery note and signing it. Es Garrover de Mallorca will assume all extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated. You need to contact us at online@esgarroverdemallorca.com within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. We will not accept any change or return if we have not previously received notification. Es Garrover de Mallorca will send you a new product or refund the corresponding amount.
If the package content is wrong
If one or more products received do not correspond to your order, we will send you the correct products or refund the corresponding amount. Es Garrover de Mallorca will assume the extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated. You need to contact us at online@esgarroverdemallorca.com within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. We will not accept any change or return if we have not previously received notification.
If i’m not satisfied
If for any reason other than the above you are not satisfied, you can return a product. In this case, once the merchandise is received in its original packaging and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The transport costs of the first shipment or subsequent collection will be assumed by the client.
