Collaboration with Forn Can Vicens

This collaboration with Forn Can Vicens makes us very happy. They fuse one of the best known Mallorcan recipes with carob flour from Es Garrover de Mallorca. They prepare this carob gató which is a real spectacle for the senses. It is a pleasure to be part of this fusion and to be able to inspire confectioners to reinterpret, experiment or create new recipes for our cuisine with such a local product from our fields as carob.
