CAROB CUPCAKES
Ingredients
- 200g of sugar
- 150g of plain flour
- 50g of carob flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
Elaboration
Mix all the ingredients, prepare the moulds for cupcakes. Mix them without filling them completely to give them space to rise, then put a little of brown sugar on top. Put it in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
