Es Garrover de Mallorca, through the stand of the Balearic Government, was from 13 to 16 February 2019 at the international fair Biofach. It is the most important world fair in the organic food sector held in Nuremberg (Germany).

More than 2,900 exhibitors and more than 50,000 professional visitors making contacts and getting to know the diversity of products, novelties and food trends.

This year’s theme was “Ecological system: integral health”.

This year has been the 30th anniversary of Biofach, which is synonymous with tradition, ecology and innovation. It brings together from novice producers to the most experienced.

Around 600 new products have been presented. The olive oil, wine and vegan food producer areas have their own exhibition area.
